Obsessed with that wee cherry glass! 🍒

It’s so cute and somehow has not broken yet (it’s from Anthropologie)

This is everything, thank you for sharing! I would love to hear your thoughts about freeze dried skittles, I'm in total ignorance!

As a fellow snack and drink syrup lover this was amazing! There's so many I need to try! I got a jar of Fabbri cherries a few weeks ago and have been mixing them with my Teisseire grenadine for a slightly classier sirop à l'eau...it makes me feel a little less like a French five year old at snack time and a little more like my great aunt who drinks Manhattans at her bridge club lol.

That sounds wonderful, I do sometimes aspire to be a very fancy child though…what a life

the Cheerwine Syrup feels like a cheat code to even further indulging my Dirty Dr Pepper obsession from this summer. as a former american expat in the UK (now back in america), i miss squash so much - especially since i would usually add soda water and make every squash fizzy. such a treat!

Oh as my personal fun drink sage I was wondering if you’ve tried that Yuzuco super juice or 100% juice. I keep getting v tempting ads for it.

folu's avatar

I’ve had the super juice, very delicious but it’s a bit hard hard to balance using a splash here and there for drinks and cooking and not finishing a bottle vs using it all at once for a dessert or pastry

Obsessed with this and now trying to decide which one calls to me most right now

The Asahi Hotto Honey Lemon entry is illustrated with a bottle of Asahi Hotto Yuzu Karin Hachimitsu Shitate, or yuzu quince with honey. The latter sounds more interesting, but if you got it out of a vending machine, you probably tried the former. Which is in your pantry?

Version control got me on that one! I currently have the honey lemon but have purchased the yuzu quince honey in the past. Both are delicious but the quince is kinda imperceptible with the brash yuzu, maybe it does give the syrup a bit more depth?

This stuff is remarkable. Unique, educational... Coming from another, much more habitable universe. Thank you. Thank you

Have you ever tried Mauby concentrate from the Caribbean? It's bitter, sweet and cooling. I think you'd like it!

Is there any way we can get details about your nail polish?????

folu's avatar

Of course, is there one in particular you are interested in?

Two! The one where you’re holding the matcha drink and the one where you’re holding the purple drink! They’re gorgeous!

folu's avatar

Thank you! Purple drink is Essie "In The Cab-ana" with a top coat of Dam Nail Polish "Don't Go In There It's Haunted AF" and Matcha is Cirque Colors "Hustle" with a coat of Lumen "Glass Frog" on top.
