This is joy. On salty licorice, have you had a chance to try salty ferraris/racecars or sorbisars? To my knowledge, websites for Sweetish and Bonbon NYC have them (on my presumption that you are US-based). They both are salty but have a fruity element that helped me finally graduate from the world of purely sweet/sour/fruity licorice. If you haven’t had them, I hope you would like them.
